How to Use This Blog

Now that the NFA-CSN.org website provides basic chapter information and resource links, this blog can serve its proper function as a forum for public discussion of current issues at the College of Southern Nevada. The CSNNFA blog is not dedicated strictly to members; anyone with a professional interest in the open topics should feel welcome to contribute. All the NFA-CSN executive officers ask, as owners and moderators of the blog, is that a professional level of discourse be maintained by all who post. Additional constraints on postings are initiated by Blogger.com and are delineated here.

Anonymous posting is not permitted. Pseudonymous posting is encouraged if this practice makes you feel more comfortable about sharing your ideas and information. You first need to establish a Google or Blogger account; Yahoo accounts may also work. After a quick and painless sign-up process, you'll be ready to comment on anything. Please be advised that NFA-CSN cannot act on requests submitted to this blog under a pseudonym. If you want assistance with a problem or want the NFA chapter board to act in any official capacity, please contact a chapter board member directly.

Now, more than ever--now as CSN seeks a new president and as academic and administrative faculty face threats to our employment, our benefits, and our constitutional rights--NFA members need to be heard. However, the issues that will determine our employment conditions for the foreseeable future need all faculty's input. Please feel free to use this blog as your medium to shape the future at our college.

In your service,

Your NFA-CSN Officers
